The challenges experienced within these two departments require specialists trained to present rebuttals to overcome sales reluctance over the phone. This specialist must be adept at resourcing various database functions while engaging the customer and bring the call to a successful conclusion using price reduction and other rebuttal tools in one phone call.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets daily
• Maintain established conversion goals daily
• Maintain acceptable installation rates
• Master all applicable rebuttals and price drop tools and successfully utilize these to close the sale within pricing parameters.
• Appropriately annotate all files; whether electronic or physical, to include CRM and appointment databases and any required tracking or secondary reporting requirements.
