Customer Care Job Summary:
Receiving and processing incoming supply orders and service requests. Create rapport and maintain high level of service for all walk-in and call-in customers. Handle multiple tasks such as providing customer product information, arranging delivery schedules and working with purchasing/inventory and service dispatching teams as needed.

Skilled at using Xactimate/Sketch estimating program
Willing to commit to IAS Claim Services and work claims in El Paso year round
Must have the physical ability to climb roofs, inspect damaged properties, carry a ladder, etc....
Experience in working Automobile and Casualty claims is a plus
English/Spanish speaking is a plus
College Education and/or insurance professional designation is a plus
Answers inbound telephone calls from MA WorkforceNow HR Services client associates and managers using ADP’s HRB, Pay eXpert, ezLM, or Portal tools. Also answers inquiries regarding company handbook and policies, basic benefit questions, and questions regarding ASO partners for services such as on-line training, relocation services, employee perks website, and the Employee Assistance program. Provides support through use of an online knowledge base and applicable HR, Benefits and payroll systems. Works closely with ASO Relationship Managers, HR Consultants, and PR consultants to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
Documents calls and issues in case management tool.
Makes outbound calls to resolve/close issues.
Types information into system and creates necessary internal and external follow-up correspondence through e-mail, fax or other means.
Also responsible for participation in the development and documentation of processes and procedures, appropriate escalation of technology issues, feedback to improve training programs, and escalating client feedback on the solution, including products, service, and service partners.
This position will be supporting Mountain and Pacific Time Zone Hours. Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm MT. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Education: Some college
Experience:
* Payroll, HR, benefits and PC knowledge preferred. Candidates that will be considered must show HR, Payroll or Benefits experience on the resume.
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment with a moderately high volume of calls.
* Must have excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints and deadlines are required.
Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills necessary as well as interpersonal and conflict management skills. Must demonstrate an ability to work effectively in “reactive” situations under limited supervision.
